A few things to know.

Can I reply directly from Slack or Zendesk?

Yes. Reply-to-Review lets eligible App Store and Google Play accounts reply directly from Slack or Zendesk.

Which stores are supported?

Reply capabilities are available for supported App Store and Google Play accounts. Availability depends on the connected app, account permissions, and platform access.

Is Reply-to-Review included in the Basic plan?

Reply-to-Review is a $10/month add-on per enabled Flow: $120/year or $10/month. Eligibility is verified during setup.

Can I still use email for review alerts?

Yes. Email remains a supported alert and ownership destination, and the Reply-to-Review setup shows whether your connected Flow can use the available reply path.
