How monitoring works

Most checks run every 15 minutes and become unknown after 45 minutes without fresh evidence. Yelp runs hourly and expires after 2½ hours. Two consecutive failed checks confirm a disruption; two consecutive successful checks resolve it.

What do these checks cover?

Sign-in, signup and recovery page availability; API and AI connection discovery; database access; and separate search and review checks for each listed store. Google Business uses an authorized test workspace. The existing daily account-to-Slack test covers signup, sign-in, Flow setup and Slack delivery. Its latest result is reported directly and becomes unknown after 30 hours.

Why can status be unknown?

Checks or their updates may be delayed or unavailable. Unknown means there is not enough recent evidence to report service health. It is not a confirmed outage, and an old successful result will not stay marked operational.

What if my reviews or notifications are missing?

A passing sample does not guarantee every listing, locale or customer connection works. These checks do not cover every notification destination, replies, billing, or your individual delivery settings.
