- 2
Choose Slack and your filters
Select the destination channel, star ratings, and country or language. Save the Flow and check its setup message.
- 3
Verify a review and a reply
Check a new matching review when it becomes available. To reply, enable Replies and authorize an app you control. Use the Reply button and check the result in the thread.
Before you switch.
Can I reply to reviews without leaving Slack?
Yes, for eligible App Store and Google Play apps you control. Enable Replies on each relevant Flow and connect the required developer account. ReviewBot opens a composer from the review’s Reply button; ordinary Slack thread messages remain internal discussion.
How does annual ReviewBot billing change the example?
Two base Flows cost $120/year, equivalent to $10/month. Adding Replies to both brings the total to $360/year, equivalent to $30/month. Other add-ons and any tax are additional.
Does ReviewBot automatically categorize review topics?
No. Filter notifications by star rating and country or language, then have your team read and classify the review text. Scheduled reports summarize ratings; they do not generate issue themes.
Can I import my Appbot history?
ReviewBot does not provide an Appbot migration importer. Keep any history you need in your current system or an export available to your plan. Check your new Flow’s coverage and delivery before retiring the old setup.
