A few things to know.

Can Freshdesk receive App Store and Google Play reviews?

Yes. Create a Flow for the relevant mobile review source, apply your routing rules, and select Freshdesk as the destination.

Can I reply to app reviews from Freshdesk?

Direct replies are coming to Freshdesk. The ReviewBot app has been submitted for marketplace review; customer installation is not available yet. Review alerts work today.

How do I keep the Freshdesk queue from becoming noisy?

Use star ratings and a country or language so the Flow delivers only feedback the support team owns.

Can I monitor multiple apps?

Yes. Create separate Flows for each app, support queue, or escalation rule.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a credit card.
