Choose New Flow, then Review alerts. Select Add source, choose Yelp, and continue. Paste the full business page link, such as

Continue with the Yelp business selected. Choose a destination, connect the account your team uses, and select the star ratings you want to follow. Review the settings before saving the Flow.
Check the destination
