How to Monitor App Store Reviews and Verify Delivery

Start with one public iOS or Mac listing, one destination and a small set of star ratings. You do not need store-account credentials to monitor public reviews.

Find the exact public listing

In New Flow, choose review notifications and App Store. Search for the listing and check its name and developer. Use a separate Flow for another listing, including the Android version of the same app.

Connect the place your team works

Choose Slack, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Teams or email. Complete that destination’s authorization or connection fields. For Slack, verify the workspace and channel before continuing.

Set supported options

Choose stars and one country. Global Scanning and Automatic Translation are paid add-ons. There is no topic or version filter; your team reads the delivered review text to identify those details.

Save, then verify two outcomes

The saved Flow sends an introduction to its destination. Check that first. When a new matching review arrives, check its rating, text and source context separately. A September 8, 2026 production check verified public App Store selection, Slack OAuth, Flow save, introduction delivery and reconnect; it did not wait for a new customer review.

Investigate missing reviews systematically

Confirm the listing, workspace access, chosen stars and country, and the destination connection. Source publication can delay review availability. Contact support with the public listing, Flow name and approximate time if new matching reviews remain missing.
