Create your first ReviewBot Flow

A Flow connects one store listing to one destination for one task. Start with the app and channel your team will actually read.

Follow these steps

Complete the workflow, then verify it

  1. 1

    Open New Flow

Sign in, open Flows, and choose New Flow. Choose review notifications for individual reviews or Status Report for scheduled rating summaries.

  2. 2

    Choose a review page

Select App Store or Google Play. Search for the public listing and verify its name and developer before selecting it. Ordinary public-review monitoring uses a public listing; you do not need an App Store Connect or Google Play developer account. Publishing replies and Google Play complete-ratings reports have separate authorization requirements.

  3. 3

    Choose an integration

Select Slack, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Teams, or email. Connect the destination and select the channel or enter the required destination details.

  4. 4

    Set the rules

For notifications, select star ratings and one country or language. All available countries/languages enables paid Global Scanning; translation is also optional. For reports, choose monthly or paid weekly delivery instead.

  5. 5

    Finalize and verify

Review the source, destination, task, and add-ons, then save. Saving a Flow sends a setup/introduction message to its destination. This confirms the connection; it is not a sample customer review. Check a naturally arriving matching review separately. There is no separate Send test alert button in the current Flow menu.

Quick checklist

  • One listing and one destination selected.
  • Notification rules or report schedule match the intended task.
  • Optional add-ons reviewed.
  • Setup message checked in the destination.

Frequently asked questions

Does iOS plus Android use one Flow?+

No. Each store listing requires its own Flow, even when both send to the same channel.

Can I edit later?+

Yes. Use the Flow menu to edit it. Review the saved settings and destination message after changing the connection.
