Alerts and reports

Configure app review alert rules

Notification Flows filter by star rating and source country or language. Reports have separate scheduling controls.

Follow these steps

Complete the workflow, then verify it

  1. 1

    Choose the task

Open or edit a notification Flow to configure individual review alerts. A Status Report Flow has schedule and, for Android, ratings-source options instead.

  2. 2

    Set country or language

Under Countries and languages, select Choose one and the desired scope. All available enables the paid Global Scanning add-on.

  3. 3

    Choose translation deliberately

Enable Automatic Translation only when needed. It changes the delivered text and adds a paid option; it is not a content filter.

  4. 4

    Choose star ratings

Select one and two stars for a support triage channel, or another rating range for its owner. Keyword, issue-topic and release-version filters are not currently available.

  5. 5

    Save and review real examples

Check setup delivery after saving. When reviews arrive, confirm the ratings and scope match. Classify crashes, billing questions and feature requests manually in your destination.

Quick checklist

  • Task is notifications.
  • One scope or paid Global Scanning chosen.
  • Star ratings selected.
  • Recipient knows what to do.

If something does not work

I cannot find keyword rules+

There is no keyword-filter control in the current product. Use star ratings and scope, then classify the delivered text.

I cannot find stars in a report Flow+

That is expected. Reports summarize source rating data; create a separate notification Flow for star-filtered alerts.

Frequently asked questions

Does translation change which reviews match?+

Translation is a delivery option, not a substitute for the source country/language selection.

Can I filter by release version?+

No. Compare the review context with your release calendar manually.
