Troubleshoot missing app review alerts

Check the Flow, public source, rules and destination in order. Separate setup-message delivery from real reviews and scheduled reports.

Follow these steps

Complete the workflow, then verify it

  1. 1

    Check workspace and Flow state

Confirm the Flow is saved and the workspace has trial or paid access. Inspect any billing or connection error shown in the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Check the public listing

Verify the selected app and store. Ordinary public monitoring does not require reconnecting an App Store Connect or Google Play developer account.

  3. 3

    Check matching rules

For notifications, compare the review’s star rating and country/language with the saved settings. There are no keyword or release-version rules. A report Flow follows its schedule and data source instead.

  4. 4

    Check the destination

Verify channel membership, subdomain, integration authorization or email address. Inspect the correct inbox/queue and spam folder where relevant. Reconnect only the affected integration.

  5. 5

    Send support enough context

Describe whether the setup message, a new review or a scheduled report is missing. Include the Flow name, public listing and approximate time. A successful setup message alone does not establish real-review delivery.

Quick checklist

  • Workspace has access.
  • Correct app selected.
  • Review matches source scope and stars.
  • Destination authorization is valid.

If something does not work

Only one destination fails+

Check that integration’s connection and access first.

Google Play report is empty+

Check its ratings-source mode and freshness note. Complete-ratings reports need their separate authorized connection.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will a review arrive?+

Delivery depends on when the source makes it available and the Flow’s settings. There is no guaranteed instant-delivery promise in this guide.

Should I recreate all Flows?+

First isolate the failed source, rules or destination. Recreating everything can cause duplicate alerts and makes diagnosis harder.
