Prepare one listing and one channel
Have the public App Store listing and intended Slack workspace ready. Review monitoring does not require a developer account. You need permission to authorize ReviewBot in Slack and access the chosen channel.
Create the source-to-channel Flow
Choose New Flow, review notifications, then App Store. Search for the public app and verify its identity. Choose Slack, use Add account when needed, complete Slack authorization, and select the destination channel.
Choose scope and save
Select star ratings and one country. All available scope and translation are paid add-ons. Review the summary and save. One App Store listing sent to two channels uses two Flows.
Verify the setup message and a new review
Check for ReviewBot’s introduction in the selected channel. That proves the destination connection, not a full review payload. Inspect a new matching review when the source provides it. The current Flow menu has no standalone Send test alert button.
Understand the source-specific limits
App Store scope is country-based; select the market your channel owns. The September 8, 2026 production App Store-to-Slack check covered selection, OAuth, save, introduction delivery and reconnect. It did not wait for a naturally arriving review.
If nothing arrives
Check workspace and channel access first, then the saved listing, stars and country. If the introduction arrived but new matching reviews do not, investigate source availability instead of treating OAuth as proof the whole path works.
