Choose a channel with an owner
Use a focused channel such as #app-reviews or #mobile-support. Decide who triages low-star, billing, and release-related reviews before turning on a busy stream.
Filter the alerts
Start with one- and two-star reviews and a small set of known issue keywords. Keep all reviews available in the monitoring view and use a report for the full trend.
- Include the app, rating, locale, and version.
- Keep the original review link in Slack.
- Send a test alert to confirm formatting and permissions.
Move from alert to action
Use the Slack alert to assign the owner, draft a response, or open a product follow-up. The value is the handoff—not merely another notification.
