Complete the workflow, then verify it

Request beta access
Email support@reviewbot.io from your ReviewBot account email. Tell us which app you monitor and what you want to automate. We will confirm your workspace and arrange access to its API key and the Zapier invitation.

Connect your workspace
Open the invitation from ReviewBot, choose version 1.2.0, and create a Zap with ReviewBot as the trigger. Choose New Review and enter your workspace API key in the connection form. Keep the key private; never include it in a URL or a screenshot.

Select your app
Choose an active app you already monitor in ReviewBot. Each Zap watches one app. If it is missing, confirm that you connected the correct workspace and that monitoring is active.

Test and choose an action
Test the trigger to load a review, then map its app name, star rating, review text, date, and review link into your destination. For example, create a spreadsheet row or a task. If there is no sample yet, wait for ReviewBot to collect a review for that app.

Turn on your Zap
Publish the Zap and confirm a new review produces the intended action in Zap History. This creates a review-notification Flow in ReviewBot. Existing reviews used for setup are test data; this is not a bulk review export.
Quick checklist

If something does not work
The connection is rejected+
Check that you used the key for this workspace. If the key was revoked, ask ReviewBot support to arrange a replacement and reconnect the Zap.
The Zap receives no new reviews+
Confirm the Zap is on, the selected app is monitored, and a new review has been collected since activation. Check Zap History for errors before replaying a run to avoid duplicate actions.
I want to stop the automation+
Turn the Zap off in Zapier. ReviewBot disables its notification subscription. If you are leaving the beta, contact support to revoke your workspace key as well.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to reviews through Zapier?+
This beta provides a New Review trigger. It does not publish replies to the app stores.
Can I filter reviews?+
The trigger sends reviews for the selected app. Apply filters in Zapier using the rating, platform, or locale fields. Available steps and filters depend on your Zapier plan.
Does Zapier require a paid plan?+
A basic two-step Zap can work on Zapier’s free plan. Premium apps and more complex workflows may require a paid Zapier plan. ReviewBot usage remains subject to your ReviewBot plan.
