Follow these steps
Complete the workflow, then verify it
- 1
Open Create Flow
Choose Notifications for individual review alerts or Status Report for a recurring review summary.
- 2
Choose Google Play
Select Google Play and connect the developer account used to access the app listing. Complete the authorization prompts shown by ReviewBot.
- 3
Select the Android app
Choose the package or listing you want to monitor and confirm the app identity before adding rules.
- 4
Add release-aware rules
Start with one- and two-star reviews plus focused keywords such as crash, login, billing, refund, or subscription. Add locale rules only when an owner is ready to respond.
- 5
Send and verify the first alert
Choose the destination, save the Flow, and send a test alert. Confirm the app, rating, version or release context, locale, review text, and original link are visible.
Quick checklist
- ✓The Android listing is the intended app.
- ✓The connected developer account is authorized.
- ✓Urgent keywords have an owner.
- ✓The first alert can be traced back to the original review.
If something does not work
The app cannot be selected+
Reconnect the Google Play developer account and confirm it has access to the listing. If the account is still unavailable, contact support with the app identifier—not a customer review.
Release feedback is difficult to triage+
Add a focused keyword or temporary release rule, route it to a clear owner, and remove the rule after the release feedback has been evaluated.
Frequently asked questions
Can I monitor several Android apps?+
Yes. Create separate Flows when each app needs different rules or owners. Keep a shared reporting Flow only when the same team owns the portfolio.
Can I receive scheduled Google Play summaries?+
Use the Status Report task and choose a weekly or monthly schedule when the team needs trend context instead of an alert for every review.
