How ReviewBot billing works by Flow

ReviewBot pricing is organized around active Flows and the capabilities attached to them. Review the current pricing page for the latest amounts, then keep the first paid setup focused on the workflows your team will use.

Follow these steps

Complete the workflow, then verify it

    Review the current plan

    Open Billing in the dashboard to see the workspace’s current membership, billing period, active Flow items, and available plan actions.

    Count the workflows you need

    A Flow represents a source, task, rules, and destination. Count the distinct workflows that need independent ownership or routing before adding another one.

  3. 3

    Check add-ons and schedules

    Some Flow capabilities, such as scheduled reporting, all locales, translation, or reply workflows, may affect the selected billing items. Review the plan summary before confirming.

    Choose monthly or annual billing

    Compare the billing period and recurring total shown in the upgrade screen. Confirm the total before entering payment details.

  5. 5

    Confirm payment and access

    After an upgrade, return to the dashboard, confirm the Flow can be saved or turned on, and send a test alert. The first paid invoice is the authoritative payment record.

Quick checklist

  • ✓The selected Flow count matches the real workflows.
  • ✓Add-ons are intentional and owned.
  • ✓The billing period and total are understood.
  • ✓The paid Flow was tested after upgrade.

If something does not work

I cannot add another Flow+

Review the billing prompt and current active Flow items. If the workspace is on a legacy plan, use the upgrade path shown by the dashboard before changing the Flow.

The dashboard still shows trial or blocked access after payment+

Refresh the billing page and check the payment status. If access does not update after the invoice settles, contact support with the workspace email and invoice date—never send card details.

Where can I see the current prices?+

Use the ReviewBot pricing page and the Billing screen in the dashboard. Pricing and available capabilities can change, so treat those pages as the source of truth.

Can I cancel or change the plan?+

Use the Billing actions in the dashboard to review available cancellation or plan-change options. Check the resulting access and Flow state after the change.
