Plan the routes your team needs

Count store listings, then destinations.

A product available on iOS and Android has two store listings. Send each listing to its team’s Slack channel with a separate Flow. Select star ratings for each route, such as one- and two-star reviews for support.

Adding a second channel or a separate report for the same listing adds another Flow. Start with one route, check delivery, then add the rest of your portfolio.

Example: three products, five store listings

Five × US$5/month = US$25/month, billed annually at US$300. Global Scanning and translation each add US$5/month per enabled Flow, billed annually. Replies add US$10/month per enabled Flow, billed annually.

Choose around the work your team does.

Both ReviewBot and Appfigures can monitor app reviews and send alerts to Slack. Appfigures also brings app performance and growth research into the same platform.

ReviewBot for review routing

Choose listings, star ratings, and a country or language; deliver reviews to the team’s channel. Your team reads and classifies the feedback. Optional Replies let authorized teams answer eligible App Store and Google Play reviews from Slack.

ReviewBot does not provide download or revenue analytics, ASO keyword tracking, or keyword and app-version review filters.

Appfigures for reviews, analytics and ASO

Appfigures offers review alerts, direct replies from its dashboard, and review filters including version and keyword. Its analytics cover downloads and revenue, while its ASO tools support keyword research and rank tracking.

Keep those tools if your team relies on them. ReviewBot can handle a review-routing job alongside your analytics; it is not a replacement for the full Appfigures platform.

  1. 1

    Select one store listing

Choose an App Store or Google Play listing. Public-review alerts do not require developer credentials.

  2. 2

    Choose the channel and ratings

Authorize Slack, choose the destination, then select star ratings and a country or language. Save the Flow and check its setup message.

  3. 3

    Check a naturally arriving review

Confirm that a new matching review reaches the right channel. The setup message checks the connection; it is not a delivered customer review.

  4. 4

Enable replies where you need them

Replies are an optional per-Flow add-on for apps you control. Connect the required developer account and use the review’s Reply button; ordinary Slack thread messages remain internal discussion.
