What a status report contains
ReviewBot reports total ratings, average score, star distribution and period changes for one listing. It does not automatically group review text into themes or assign action owners.
Use weekly delivery for active investigation
A weekly report can support a team investigating a recent issue, provided the team also reads the review text and follows up. Weekly Reports adds $5/month per report Flow, billed annually. Low volume can make a single week’s average unstable.
Use monthly delivery for a slower decision cycle
Monthly reporting is included in a base report Flow. It can suit a team reviewing broader rating changes once a month. Individual urgent reviews still need a separate notification Flow if someone must act sooner.
Keep Android coverage explicit
Google Play written-review data and complete ratings are different sources. Complete ratings require authorized report-data access and can arrive late. Read the source note before comparing periods.
Add context after the metrics
Record releases, outages and major support changes beside the numbers. Read a documented sample of review text and assign one action. Do not present a temporal association as proof that a release caused a rating change.
