Weekly report template
Keep the weekly view short enough to read in one meeting. Lead with movement and exceptions rather than a dump of every review.
- Average rating and change from the prior week.
- New review volume by App Store and Google Play.
- Top negative themes, urgent examples, and assigned owners.
- One product or support action to carry forward.
Monthly report template
The monthly view should explain the trend across releases and markets. Pair the numbers with a few representative reviews and the actions taken.
- Rating and review volume by platform and locale.
- Themes that grew, shrank, or appeared after a release.
- Response or activation gaps that need a workflow change.
- A short plan for the next month.
Avoid the vanity-report trap
A report is not successful because it is long or attractive. It is successful when a product or support owner can decide what to do without opening several store dashboards to reconstruct the context.
Copyable meeting prompt
Use three questions to keep the weekly review focused: what changed, what deserves an owner now, and what should we check next week? Link each answer to the representative reviews and the Flow or ticket responsible for the follow-up.
- What changed by store, locale, or release?
- Which theme has the highest customer or revenue risk?
- What action will make the next report different?
