This app completely changed my eating habits. It is not a "diet". It just helps you maintain sustainable healthy quantity patterns. What you eat is up to you. Obviously, the better choices you make, the better results you will get. I have lost 20 lbs so far in 45 days. It also helps you track nutritional value of your meals. That can be really surprising. Great app.
